DAMAGE If your package arrives damaged and you suspect damage to the items inside, make a claim with the shipper, and call us as well, we will then determine the necessary action for replacement. RETURNS If for any reason the product you have ordered is not right, or need to be replaced, please contact us with your name, the order ID from the packing list, and a phone number where we can reach you during the day.
